Concentric Intelligence, operating as RevOps, provides automated missed call recovery and lead qualification services for small businesses. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information.
We collect phone numbers, call timestamps, and message content from individuals who call businesses using our system. This information is provided directly by the caller through the act of calling or replying to an SMS.
Information is used solely to facilitate callback communication between the caller and the business they contacted. We do not use caller information for marketing, advertising, or any purpose unrelated to the caller's original inquiry.
By calling a phone number powered by RevOps, callers may receive automated SMS follow-up messages from that business. Message and data rates may apply. To opt out at any time, reply STOP. For help, reply HELP.
We do not sell, rent, or share caller information with third parties for marketing purposes. Information is shared only with the business the caller originally contacted.
Call and message data is retained for up to 12 months to support reporting and service delivery. Data may be deleted upon written request.

These terms govern use of the RevOps missed call recovery service provided by Concentric Intelligence.
RevOps provides automated SMS and call routing services to small business owners. When a caller contacts a business using our system and the call goes unanswered, the caller may receive an automated SMS follow-up on behalf of that business.

By calling a phone number powered by RevOps, callers acknowledge they may receive automated SMS messages from the business they called regarding their inquiry.
Concentric Intelligence is not responsible for missed calls, delayed responses, or outcomes resulting from use of this service. The service is provided as-is without warranties of any kind.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
